Yoga
Yoga combines mind and body. Yoga can be practised with a variety of postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga can be traced back to an ancient Indian practice. To improve mental and physical well-being, it utilizes movement, breathing, and meditation.

Carrom
There is an Indian tradition of playing carrom on a tabletop. There are many names in different languages for the game in South Asia.

Chess
Two players play chess on a board. A square board has 64 smaller squares, each with eight squares, and it is played on it. There are sixteen pieces each on the board: eight pawns, two knights, two bishops, two rooks, one queen and one king. Players always move the pieces with white first.
